Computerization / Software Requirements

Jeddah Computers were looking for Accounts & Inventory software for their finance & inventory along with warehouses management in Jeddah, Riyadh and Khobar Branches. They were using other desktop offline branches based software and were getting affected due to non-availability of real-time happenings and updates within their countrywide business.

Challenges

They were using tally for managing their accounts, inventory and were facing a lot of issues in it, As they used to import and distribute mainly whole Saudi Arabia, the challenge they were facing was mainly stock management in all of their 3 branches and outlets specially after VAT implications the Legal liability was also increased.

Solution

After analyzing the customer gap areas, we have recommended and implemented ZOHO Books and ZOHO Inventory module that provided them privilege to manage all operations smoothly from Customer/Vendor Management, Inventory process and entire reporting structure across the county from different branches and warehouses.

Now they can manage their Account receivable/payable, inventory, bank/cash all at single place with mobile access also, they have better control with lots of real-time conversation take place on improvement perspective.
